As well as growing the team with new recruits in recent months, at CRM we are firm believers in developing our talent in house and making CRM a great place to work for all our staff members. CRM social events are often talked about long after the occasion – we love to share the fun, both with clients and each other. After all, “a company is only as good as the people it keeps.”
The latest of our team socials took place in March when we headed to the Oxford & District Indoor Bowls Club in Littlemore, Oxford, for a fun evening learning a new skill and enjoying a meal together. The event was organised by CRM Director, Noel Heaven as the Bowls Club has been a client of ours for over 10 years. We were well looked after by the lovely Paula Fontaine and enjoyed a fish and chip supper!
Noel said: “We were split into teams of two and learned how to play indoor bowls, which is much harder than it looks! There was a healthy level of competition between the teams and our sporty director Paul Skinner seemed to show the most promise (or perhaps he had been having secret lessons?)!
The Oxford & District Indoor Bowls Club has been at its purpose-built home in Littlemore for over 40 years and has a thriving men’s and women’s section that enjoy competing and socialising.
