In the past few years, CRM has teamed up with a diverse range of charities that support people with dementia, cancer, end of life care and babies with heart conditions. The charities share a common theme of being local to our Oxfordshire base or having a direct connection with our staff.
In 2022, we had our most successful fundraising year ever, raising over £10,000 for Tiny Tickers, a small charity with a big ambition to improve the early detection and care of babies with serious heart conditions.
With so many people in the grip of the cost of living crisis, we have chosen another brilliant charity that works with families and young children as our charity partner for 2023. Bicester Baby Bank is a voluntary organisation that helps families across the whole of Oxfordshire, working like a foodbank but offering clothes, toys and equipment to families for children aged 0-12.
Founded in 2019, the charity collects pre-loved and new items from the local community and distributes them to families in urgent need. The families are often referred to Bicester Baby Bank from their health visitor, doctor or social worker but they can contact the service directly too.

Jessica Mason, CRM director said: “At CRM, we always get wholeheartedly behind our nominated Charity of the Year and we’re looking forward to building on the success of our 2022 events with another special year of fun fundraising!
“We love to work with local charities and build a connection through the 12 month partnership. Our people gain a lot from planning and managing the fundraising events and of course it’s wonderful to see how our donations help people locally.”
Sophie Thomson, Trustee of Bicester Baby Bank said: “We are so delighted and grateful to have the support of CRM in 2023. We know that the fundraising will make a huge difference to families with young children in Oxfordshire.
“We’re seeing a huge rise in demand for our services as family incomes simply can’t cover the cost of heating, food, clothing and baby essentials. Our partnership with CRM will help especially with the immediate needs of these families.”
