Customer satisfaction – CRM’s annual survey

It’s time to share the results of the CRM annual customer satisfaction survey. It is vital to us that we monitor how our customers feel about our service and put the systems in place to ensure that we are delivering the best possible advice and assistance. By understanding our current status we can create a strategy to improve and grow.

In our customer satisfaction survey, we ask where we’ve excelled and where we could make improvements. We were delighted to find that in our latest survey:

  • 93% of respondents rated CRM good or outstanding (up 6% on last year)
  • 100% of respondents would recommend CRM (up 11% on last year)
  • 87% of respondents agreed/strongly agreed that our service was value for money

We are very grateful for many of the positive comments we received via the survey, such as:

  • My assigned accountant has gone over and above to sort all my finances and she’s done it amazingly. She kept me up to speed at all times, I wish all businesses were as efficient.
  • Your teams’ patience and helpfulness in general are very nice as I am new to accounting and learning a lot.
  • All our accountancy / financial needs are met and covered – including those that we are often not aware of.
  • I didn’t know how much support you would offer and it’s just been so outstanding, especially as we are a not for profit, so need a bit of help!

But it’s no time to rest on our laurels. We will use our survey results to understand where we may have fallen short of expectations and also to consider gaps in our service as an opportunity for the future. For instance, one client suggested that it would be useful to have a glossary of accountancy terms as the technical language (which we try to limit) can be confusing at times.
