CRM announces the next Business Improvement Workshops

We are pleased to announce that in October 2017, we will launch our 4th Business Improvement Workshop programme.

This programme is for business owners who are looking to develop and grow their business and make more money with less effort.

The content of our programme is based on our work with our clients, research and awareness of what the UK’s best businesses do on a day to day basis.

By working ON your business instead of IN your business you will see the effects – on your team, on your business, and on you personally.

So what’s involved?

You can read more about the Business Improvement Workshops by visiting our dedicated page on the website by clicking here

In summary, the programme is delivered over 6 monthly seminars in Oxfordshire, each of 4 hours, covering the key aspects of any business.

Each programme involves a small number of non-conflicting businesses, so that we can personalise the content and ensure every session is totally relevant to all attendees.

Session one starts with understanding your motivation with a clear vision, goals and objectives, before exploring the activities and numbers in your business that drive your success.

We also cover a number of key topics including, the understanding of your financials, time management, systemisation, your business valuation, strategic and tactical marketing, developing your team, creating a plan that works and much more. We do not just discuss the theory, we personalise the content to your business and provide some tips to make a difference for you.

To personalise the content even further and support implementation, each attendee also receives a telephone session between each seminar.
