Meet our consultancy team

Jonathan M Saville

Jonathan is a solicitor by qualification and has had extensive executive experience.  He was formally a senior lawyer advising to the board of directors of Mercury Communications Limited (now Cable and Wireless in the UK) and a director of Cable and Wireless subsidiary companies.  He became group director of legal affairs and Company Secretary for COLT Telecom Group plc a company which he floated on the NASDAQ and London Stock Exchanges and became one of two executive directors (along with the CEO) on the main board.  Jonathan has recently disposed of a company which he had a material shareholding in which was a significant player in the business to business telecommunications market and is a business and legal consultant advising UK and international clients in Europe, the USA and Australia. He has sat and continues to sit in non-executive director roles and appears from time to time on television commenting on business matters.  

David Wickham

David has spent over 30 years working in the telecoms and technology sector. For the past 5 years he has worked with start-ups or SME’s either as an advisor, director or investor and currently serves on the Boards of a number of companies. David has experience of UK and international business. He was previously Chief Executive of Energis Plc, the business and Internet services communications company. Before joining Energis, he held a number of senior management positions with Cable and Wireless plc including Chief Executive of Cable and Wireless’ Global Network.

David J Saville 

David has extensive experience in the Building Society industry having worked with the Bradford and Bingley and the Derbyshire Societies with executive responsibilities to Board level. He has held Chairmanships of Housing Associations and many other bodies and companies where his finance, management and business experience is relevant. Until recently he was Chairman of Leicestershire Police Authority for 9 years; Chairman of the National Crime and Disorder Partnership and worked on many other national policing Boards in conjunction with the Home Office. He was Vice Chairman of the National Association of Police Authorities. David provides business mentoring and board services to clients.  

Tony Hobbs

Tony is an accountant with experience in many sectors having qualified in 1992. During 1986, Tony joined Chapman, Robinson and Moore accountants in Oxford and is today the Managing Director and major shareholder. As the managing director he has an overview of all activities at CRM, but has a particular interest in business development. This has evolved through a combination of working closely with clients on the financial management of their business, and background studying and courses. Tony acts as the Financial Director for a number of clients, helping them to ‘make the numbers work’ in their business.
